A short overview of the data TYPO.lt uses for orders, accounts, payments and operation of the website.
For orders and delivery we may use your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, company information and order configuration. We use this data to perform the contract, arrange delivery, keep accounting records and provide customer support.
When you use MY TYPO, your orders, saved designs and requests may be linked to the account so you can review them later. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides TYPO.lt with the account identifier, verified email address and, when available, your name. TYPO.lt does not receive or store your Google password.
Payments in the online store are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS Lithuania branch (Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Vilnius LT-08105, Lithuania, registration no. 307639352). Personal information required to execute and confirm the payment is transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
TYPO.lt stores only the payment and order status information needed to administer the order, keep accounting records and resolve issues. The payment service provider may use technologies required for security and payment processing under its own privacy terms.
TYPO.lt uses browser storage technologies only when they are required for website functions or when you explicitly consent to them. Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require separate consent.
For necessary functions we use an account session cookie, temporary Google sign-in security cookies, cart and checkout storage and other technical information required to perform actions you request. The MY TYPO session cookie may last up to 30 days, while Google sign-in security cookies are short-lived.
With your consent we use first-party analytics. It stores random visitor and session identifiers and acquisition-source information in browser localStorage and sends page-view, usage and order-journey events to TYPO.lt servers. Analytics is not activated until you choose “Allow traffic statistics”.
Marketing / advertising tracking technologies (for example Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags) are not currently used. If we introduce them later, they will only be activated after separate marketing consent; analytics consent alone will not enable them.
You can change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookies” in the website footer. If you choose necessary storage only, analytics identifiers are removed from the browser and new analytics events are no longer sent.
Only after you consent, we collect first-party analytics consisting of a random visitor and session identifier, page path, approximate country, device type, acquisition source / UTM tags and limited usage events such as opening the generator, adding an item to the cart or starting checkout. We deliberately do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order text or payment details in analytics events. Page views inside MY TYPO, sign-in and individual order pages are excluded.
Analytics consent is kept for up to 6 months, after which we ask you to choose again. Individual analytics events are retained for up to 13 months and then removed. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookies” in the footer.
TYPO.lt does not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads or other third-party advertising tracking technologies. The consent architecture reserves a separate marketing category so that such technologies can be introduced later without activating them unless the user has given explicit marketing consent.
We process order, delivery, account and customer-service data where necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request. Invoice and accounting records are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Website analytics is processed only on the basis of your consent.
Data may be shared with service providers where necessary to provide the service: Cloudflare for hosting and security infrastructure, the payment platform provider Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce.lt), your selected delivery carrier, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. The website also loads Google Fonts technical resources; when these are requested, Google may receive ordinary network request information such as your IP address.
We may send short offers about TYPO.lt products to businesses. For this we use publicly listed company contacts: company name, general email address, phone, website and line of business. The legal basis is TYPO.lt's legitimate interest in offering its services to businesses. We keep these contacts for up to 24 months after the last correspondence.
Every such email explains how to opt out. Simply reply with “NO” or email us: we will add the address to our opt-out list and stop sending offers. You may also ask us to delete your contact details.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for its purpose or a mandatory legal retention period. A MY TYPO session may last up to 30 days and temporary Google OAuth security data lasts about 10 minutes.
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and where applicable data portability or objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
