Order

By placing an order you confirm the selected text, typeface, size, colour, quantity, delivery information and final price shown before payment.

Custom production

Custom text and other configured products are produced from the submitted order. The customer is responsible for checking entered text, numbers, symbols and selected parameters.

Uploaded fonts and files

If you upload your own font or another file, you confirm that you have the right to use it for production of the order. The file is used as needed to fulfil the order and retain related order information.

Payment, currency and pricing

All TYPO.lt prices and payments are presented in euros (EUR). The final total, applicable discounts and delivery charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Returns and refunds

A return request can be submitted through MY TYPO or by contacting us by email. For goods made to the customer’s selected text, size, colour or other configuration, the standard withdrawal right may be limited under applicable law. This does not remove customer rights where goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the order.

When a refund is approved and initiated, funds are returned to the original payment method. Full details are available on the Returns page.

Customer communication

Order-related information may be sent to the email you provide and shown in MY TYPO or on the public order page.
